I created this online school as a communal hub for academics who are making this transition. Having persevered through two different PhD programs, and having managed multiple career transitions, my relationships between executives and a variety of technical all-stars created a fertile ground for building a mentorship where I have helped fellow PhDs struggling to flip their goal-orientation in an environment of higher stakes, translating the expectations of varied stakeholders.
